We love toast. From a simple classic sourdough with butter, to the likes of Avocado, Marmite and Chilli Flakes or Seville Orange Marmalade and Crispy Smoked Streaky Bacon, there are few things more satisfying.

We love to make Fig and Walnut Oatcakes at Christmas. They are such a wonderful companion to cheese and so moreish we can never stop at one. We hope you enjoy baking them as much as we do.

There is something enormously satisfying about making your own Plum Pudding. We are always asked the secret to getting the pudding perfectly moist but not too gooey.  Here is one of our favourites.
