Toast Topper – Parma Ham, Fresh Figs, Blue Cheese and Honey
For a quick fix brunch, lunch, or an evening snack, pimp up a slice of toasted sourdough with some top-notch produce to create a tasty end of summer treat.
Simply add to your slice of warm toasted sourdough, a slice or two of extra thin Parma Ham, slices of sweet and ripe Turkish Black Figs, a handful of crumbly Blue cheese (Stilton, Stichelton or Shropshire Blue) and then dip your honey dipper in your honey and drizzle to complete. It’s a winning combination of sweet and salty. You could even create mini versions and serve as a party canapé.
