Brandy Custard
Whether you’ve made your own, or carefully selected a prize pudding, we think a brandy custard served alongside, is the icing on the cake. This is the recipe we made for many years here at Melrose and Morgan and are happy to share it with you to complete your Christmas Day lunch.
Pancake Toppers
Everyone loves a Pancake and with Pancake Day approaching, try our new Pancake Toppers. We’ve a lovely savoury version with Spinach, Ricotta and Lemon – or go Tropical with Caramelised Pineapple and a Blueberry Maple Syrup compote – or go all out and give our Chocolate Miso Sauce a go.

This could be a show-stopping alternative to a Christmas Pudding or would look great on a Boxing Day Buffet table.
