A traditional sourdough Panettone from the town of Trieste, Italy, that's been made by the same family in the same way for the last 150 years. The fruit is from Sicily and the dough is made with butter for a rich delicious flavour. Each year a small consignment is delivered to London and distributed among a select group of grocers.
