Vincent Contiand Mario Minichilli discovered authentic masala tea when visiting Asia during their years of travelling the world. When they returned to Australia they decided to open a café in St Kilda and began developing their own chai blend inspired by the ones they’d tasted in India. As they perfected their recipe, customers grew to love their chai Prana Chai was born!
