The Sparkling Wine Collection

The Sparkling Wine Collection includes three bottles of Michel Gonet Champagne and three bottles of Ancestral Montonega Pet-Nat 2018 Can Sumoi.

Michel Gonet Champagne is a classic and very fruity chardonnay with a light fizz. It makes an excellent champagne aperitif and is also delicious when paired with lightly spiced dishes.

Ancestral Montonega Pet-Nat 2018 is a crisp and savoury organic sparkling white from local Montonega grape. This wine is dry and characterful with the delicate aromas of apple skin and citrus. The palate has a good texture with savoury characters balanced by crisp acidity.
