Grass Fed Lamb Neck Fillet

An underutilised cut of meat. The lamb neck fillet has dropped out of fashion but in recent years is making a roaring comeback in the restaurant scene. Great on the barbecue due to its long fibres. One to try for soft tender lean meat packed with flavour at a great price.
