The Estate Dairy is a run by a collective of young, passionate individuals who are dedicated to producing and bottling the highest quality milk and cream. They source the richest milk produced in Chew Valley, right in the heart of the Bristol countryside by a herd of Guernsey cows, giving the milk a unique golden colour and a beautiful flavour.
Their herd is farmed sustainably on over 500 acres of idyllic Somerset countryside and they believe in treating their dairy produce with the respect it deserves. Close attention is paid to the herd’s nutrition and their diet which contributes heavily to the flavour of their dairy. The unique farming system yields a high protein milk that is as unprocessed as possible and unhomogenised.
Having done over 10 years of research into the complex makeup of milk and how it behaves, the team are devoted to the pursuit of bringing their customers exceptional dairy produce from traceable single farm gates.
