Smoked and Pickled Hamper
The Smoked and Pickled Hamper is a delectable showcase of one of London’s most acclaimed fish smokeries, Secret Smokehouse. This hamper delivers what we consider to be the very finest smoked salmon, handcrafted, and oak-smoked to the highest possible quality in Dalston, London. This very same salmon can be found in multiple Michelin Star restaurants and has been featured in publications such as Oliver Magazine, Evening Standard, and Time Out.
The star of the show is paired with delicately salty Brindisa Spanish Caperberries; our very own Sweet Cucumber, a fresh, lightly pickled piquant relish; and a packet our Seeded Spelt Crackers, a natural partner for smoked and pickled snacks. As the final touch, we include a bottle of legendary 'Chin Chin' Vinho Verde, a crisp spritzy white, bursting with energy.

Salmon: RSPCA High Welfare Certified Scottish Farmed Salmon (fish), salt. Spelt crackers: Spelt flour, water, sunflower seeds, olive oil, linseed, chia seeds, caraway seeds, sea salt. Sweet Cucumber: Cucumbers 90%, onions, cider vinegar, unrefined sugar, sea salt, mustard seed, turmeric, ground cloves.
