Aromatic Caraibe Chocolate Ganache balanced on a coffee flavoured almond paste, then enrobed in Valrhona dark chocolate and decorated with elegant gold leaf. Hazelnut and Almond Praline subtly flavoured with cinnamon and coated in smooth milk chocolate and dipped in dark chocolate flakes Creamy Jivara 40% ganache with notes of vanilla and caramel, simply dipped in milk chocolate.
