Tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions of Italy. It is made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flours and it features a high Free Range egg content (30%). It has a light and silky texture and takes only four minutes to cook. This is a very versatile pasta as it can be paired with all kinds of sauces.
