

Iced Christmas Loaf Cake
Each year we create a signature Melrose and Morgan iced Christmas cake and our recipe blends vine fruits, cranberries and dark cherries steeped in French Brandy overnight to ensure they are plump and juicy before adding almonds and a unique blend of festive spices. After a slow bake our pastry chefs apply a layer of marzipan and fondant icing decorated by hand for a cake as beautiful as it is delicious. (650g)
