Serrano Jamon

Produced in the beautiful surroundings of the Garrotxa Volcanic Natural Park, an area ideal for the production of cured meats due to its altitude and climate.

This serrano ham is cured for 9 months and is has an excellent flavour and texture; its thin slices make it ideal for a multitude of uses, whether wrapping fish or putting in a sandwich.
