Festive Scorched Marzipan Cake
Each year we create a signature Melrose and Morgan Christmas Cake. This year our recipe blends Vine Fruits, Figs and Dark Cherries steeped in French Brandy overnight to ensure they are plump and juicy before adding Almonds and a unique blend of Festive Spices. After a slow bake our pastry chefs apply a layer of Marzipan decorated with stars for a cake as beautiful as it is delicious. Please note the Christmas Scorched Marzipan Cake will only be available for delivery from the 10th November.
