Cheese and Charcuterie Board
The Cheese and Charcuterie Board contains a multitude of moreish treats, including a selection of classic British cheeses from La Fromagerie, including rich and creamy Keen's Cheddar, velvety and rich Wigmore, uniquely flavoured Truffle Crisps, a tin of Perello Olives, Cobble Lane Cured's classic Fennel and Garlic Salami and much loved Secret Smokehouse Salmon.
Keen's Cheddar: unpasteurised cow's milk, traditional rennet. Wigmore: pasteurised ewe's milk, vegetarian rennet. Truffle Crisps: Potatoes, sunflower oil, salt, dehydrated black summer truffles and natural truffle flavouring. Perello Olives: Water, olives, chilli (SULPHITES), salt, flavour enhancers: E621 and E635, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: E300. May also contain traces of ALMONDS and FISH due to manufacturing methods. Salami: British Pork, Fennel Seed, Garlic, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Cloves, Cinnamon, Red Wine, Salt, Dextrose, E250, E252. Salmon: RSPCA High Welfare Certified Scottish Farmed Salmon (fish), salt.
