Melrose and Morgan is looking for an experienced Barista to join its small and friendly team.
Melrose and Morgan is a modern day grocery store and cafe selling a wide range of products.
From our two London shops in the thriving neighbourhoods of Hampstead and Primrose Hill, we retail and ever-changing range of the best artisan products, coffee and deli counter with produce sourced and made locally. We have a loyal and regular customer base with familiar customers who love what we do.
We are seeking a Barista who is passionate about artisan coffee and happy in a fast-paced deli or cafe environment. A good working attitude, lots of energy, be fun to be around and above all be passionate about making great coffee is essential.
Full time and part time positions available.
Requirements:
- Be super passionate about grinding beans, brewing coffee, late art and milk steaming and frothing
- Ability to quality control all beverages
- Have 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant
- Offer friendly, warm and engaging service
- The know- how to manage all equipment cleaning and maintenance
