A selection taken from our winter range available in our shops. Contains three red wines and three white wines.

Chateau du Cedre, Malbec 'Camille', Bergerie de la Bastide Rouge, Moulin de Gassac Pinot Noir 2018, Bergerie de la Bastide Blanc Stelvin, Vinho Verde 'Chin Chin' 2019 Quinta Do Ermizio 2018, Picpoul de Pinet Chateau de la Mirande 2018.

Bergerie de la Bastide Red is a savoury assemblage of Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose has typical southern flavours, stewed red berry, cranberry and red cherry mingling with thyme and rosemary. 

Moulin De Gassac Pinot Noir is light and fresh easy drinking, but with dark cherry and vegetal notes that mark out a good example of this grape. 

Chateau Du Cedre is a clear cherry-red colour. The nose suggests fresh plums with a hint of cassis and cherry. In the mouth, well structured and surprisingly delicate with a juicy acidity leading to a clean finish.

Picpoul de Pinet Chateau de la Mirande is a fresh, easy drinking white wine, ideal for shellfish and lighter foods. It is also lovely as aperitif. Picpoul is an ancient grape variety which has the sort of green tinged fruit and crisp acidity.

Bergerie De La Bastide Blanc Stelvin on the nose scents of dried herbs, white flowers and green olives with a touch of citrus to bring up the rear. On the palate fresh and crisp with citrus flavours and a refreshing finish of green apples provided by the Ugni Blanc. 

Vinho Verde 'Chin Chin' comes from our friends at Noble Rot, one of London’s finest Restaurants. "Chin Chin" reflects their love of small, quality-focused producers, sourcing a wine that suits the fresh, vibrant style that they adore.
