Chargrilled Artichokes
Artichoke hearts, quartered and chargrilled by hand. A classic antipasti addition, wonderful in salads, pizza, or mix them into a simple linguine dish with parsley, thyme, lemon juice and parmesan.
Artichokes (70%), sunflower oil (26%), salt, dried garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
