The Smoked Salmon and Pickled Hamper is a delectable showcase of one of London’s most acclaimed fish smokeries, Secret Smokehouse. This hamper delivers what we consider to be the very finest smoked salmon, handcrafted, and oak-smoked to the highest possible quality in Dalston, London. The star of the show is paired with delicately salty Brindisa Spanish Caperberries; our very own Sweet Cucumber, a fresh, lightly pickled piquant relish; and a packet our Seeded Spelt Crackers, a natural partner for smoked and pickled snacks. As the final touch, we include a bottle of legendary 'Chin Chin' Vinho Verde, a crisp spritzy white, bursting with energy.

Salmon: RSPCA High Welfare Certified Scottish Farmed Salmon (fish), salt. Spelt crackers: Spelt flour, water, sunflower seeds, olive oil, linseed, chia seeds, caraway seeds, sea salt. Sweet Cucumber: Cucumbers 90%, onions, cider vinegar, unrefined sugar, sea salt, mustard seed, turmeric, ground cloves.
