The Mini Margarita strikes just the right balance between sweetness and zing. It's fruity, sharp and deliciously refreshing. Often served with salt on the rim of the glass. 

The Mini Negroni is infused with orange and pink grapefruit zest to give it a perfect balance of flavours and just the right amount of bitterness. Beautiful as a chilled apéritif, it can also be topped up with some bubbles to produce a delicious 'spritz'.

The Mini Passion Fruit Daiquiri is a refreshing and perfectly balanced cocktail. Paired with the acidity of the lime and the molasses and spice from the white rum, the passion fruit's subtle notes are enhanced.

Margarita: Silver tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice. 20% ABV. Negroni: Campari,  Rock Rose Gin, vermouth, bitters. 20% ABV. Daquiri: White rum, lime juice, passion fruit juice, passion fruit syrup. 18% ABV.
