This luxury hamper captivates the finer things in life and a cheese and charcuterie board like no other. Enjoy oak smoked salmon produced by Secret Smokehouse in the East End of London, Hackney using traditional techniques using only three elements - the finest high-welfare Scottish Salmon, salt and oak smoke. All salmon is farmed in Scotland by a small, independent, family-run producer, then hand-filleted and oak-smoked on-site in London Fields. This is juxtaposed by our Mixed Selection Charcuterie Platter which is handmade and dried in Islington, London by specialist butchery Cobble Lane, with produce from high-quality British farmers. This platter contains Fennel & Garlic Salami, Coppa and Bresaola.
To go alongside this, we have carefully curated a selection of the finest artisan cheese from La Fromagerie, including the nutty Golden Cross Goats Cheese, Langres with a rich, moist, and spicy interior pate and Tunworth, with light earthy brassica vegetal notes. These can all be paired wonderfully with our Melrose and Morgan Buttermilk, Thyme and Chilli Crackers, Parmesan and Poppy Seed Rounds and Seeded Spelt Squares that you will find neatly packed in our keepsake blue tin. For a hint of sweetness, try a generous dollop of our Melrose and Morgan Port and Red Onion Marmalade on the top.

To make the occasion that little bit more special, a bottle of Can Sumoi Ancestral Montonega Pet-Nat is always popular. This wine is dry and characterful with the delicate aromas of apple skin and citrus.
