The Fine Cheese Selection board contains a very special selection of cheese from La Fromagerie with crackers from The Fine Cheese Company and a savoury marmalade. Includes Keen's Cheddar (200g), Wigmore (200g), Langres (200g) and Winslade (200g), All-Butter Spelt Crackers, Buttermilk Crackers and a jar of Port and Red Onion Marmalade.
Keen's Cheddar: unpasteurised cow's milk, traditional rennet. Wigmore: Pasteurised Ewe’s Milk. Vegetarian Rennet. Langres: pasteurised cow's milk. Winslade: pasteurised, traditional rennet. Spelt squares: Spelt flour, wholemeal spelt flour, butter, autolysed yeast, whole milk powder, malt extract (barley), sugar, sea salt, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate. Buttermilk crackers: Wheat flour, buttermilk, butter, whole milk powder, autolysed yeast, salt, fermented wheat flour, sugar, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). Port and Red Onion Marmalade: Red onions 62%, sugar, white wine vinegar, redcurrant juice, ruby port 5%, herbs, spices.
