Based in the historic city of Bath, The Fine Cheese Co. is a maturer, wholesaler, retailer and exporter of artisan British cheeses, most of which are unpasteurised and all of which are traditionally made. The Fine Cheese Co. is owned and run by Ann-Marie Dyas. Having been a judge at both the British and World Cheese Awards, she is passionate about traditional cheese-making and strives to introduce farmhouse cheeses to the wider public, believing that everyone should enjoy these wonderful flavours and textures.
They have been specialists in cheese for over twenty years, have always supported the cream of British cheese-makers. They stock over a hundred hand-made British cheeses: from r gems such as Devon Oke to Lord of the Hundreds, an unpasteurised mature sheep’s milk cheese made in the style of an Italian Pecorino. Their love of cheese also extends beyond the shores of the UK as they also import artisan cheeses from France, Italy, Spain and Holland.
They are a strong supporter of the independent retailer – being an independent retailer themselves – and none of The Fine Cheese Co. ranges of products will ever be sold in a British supermarket.
You’ll find a range of cheeses from The Fine Cheese Co. on our shelves.
